I am thinking about keeping a mood journal. I'd like to keep track of my migraines with this as well to see if my moods and headaches are related. I am also curious to see how the weather affects my moods. I get migraines almost every time it rains or snows. I've never paid attention to how it affects my moods until recently. I'd really like to keep a log so I can see if there are any triggers - like weather or food or things other than things going on in my life.
