I have another migraine this morning. Uggh. But, my mood is so much better today. I have been in a depression for about a month now that I just couldn't shake. I woke up and did a little exercise and I just feel a lot better. There's still a little lingering feeling like this funk could come back but I'm going to try to distract myself and stay busy so it doesn't. Plus, exercise helps me a great deal.
