Do you have people in your life (coworkers, family members, friends) that don't know you have a mental health condition?

For a very long time my bipolar was very private and very personal. Hardly anyone knew about it other than close family. I have only recently started to be open about it. Most of my friends and family know but I don't tell everyone.

Hi there, I also have Bipolar, for me i was diagnosed as a child so my parents told all the family. However now that I am a adult I very much do not speak of it. For me the information is on a need to know basis.

I keep my condition hidden. Don't want people to treat me as any weirder than they already do.

Yes and no. Close family knows but I don't bring it up on a general basis.
Me: Hi, nice to meet you
Person: You too. How's it going?
Me: Um, well...I have bipolar disorder and a bunch of other things "wrong" with me and I'm on this super swell cocktail of medications that keep me from hurting you! And you?
Person: ---Runs away---
yeah, not a good thing

I wouldnt say I hide it but I also don't bring it up in general conversation.
If its someone I am friends with they know I am on medication.
