Do you find your moods are different in the morning or at night?

I usually am fine in the mornings. If I am really depressed I will wake up depressed. But, alot of times I find myself getting down in the evenings and I really think it has alot to do with me being tired. I will feel more depressed or emotional in the evenings. My moods are almost always at their worst in the evenings, except when I'm manic. Then I am usually in a crazy good mood all day long.

Yep, mornings are good for me. Actually, I'm better if I'm at work vs being at home. I think it's because I'm busy every second at work. My day there is highly structured, every minute planned and accounted for.

Work days, my mood is down or emotional by 7-8. On the weekends, it happens by 3pm. It doesn't really go back up either.

Lately, mornings have been horrible. I read that this is a common symptom of melancholic depression (I have bipolar)
