I am sorry you feel alone but try to remember one thing: you are getting married! And one thing Weddings are stressful for all brides and I think all new brides have had panic attacks at one time or another so even though you may get them regularly-it won't seem unusual for anyone else who is helping you with the wedding.
And be happy that you are going be part of a new family that will accept you and do want you as a daughter and/or sister. That itself is very unusual and that should make you feel very special.
So if you feel sad or feel a panic attack coming on try to remember that okay. Hopefully one day your own family will come through as well. (((((HUGS))))) AND Happy Wedding to you!
I feel for you, I didn't have a wedding b/c of exactly that. Although I have a wonderful family, I just don't deal with stress and anxiety real well. And that is no way to begin a marriage. So dh and I went another route.
Heck it was stressful just being in my sister's wedding, that was enough for me.
