If you go to this site, select your state in the 3rd yellow box that says "Search for Schools". When the second page pulls up in the middle of the page it will say "Article Results", it should be the first link under that. It will say "Top (your state) Colleges and Universities. Online Colleges
When you click on this link all you have to do is read! There are several of the top rated online colleges listed. I personally wouldn't click on the link, and instead go straight to the school website. You can find more information out that way and won't be hounded by them if you decide it's not the place for you. I am by NO means suggesting these are the best school for everyone, just the ones that are the highest rated. You should research any school before you decide on getting a degree through them. Some of the most important things to find out about a school are:
Online Colleges
Make sure the college is accredited
If you have prior credits find out if they (& how many) can be transfered to your new college
Services such as career centers, this allows you to speak with a counselor and discuss what the best course for you would be and what your employment options will be after graduation
Price- Most online colleges are competitive in price but you may have to look around a bit for traditional and technical colleges. Find out what type of financial aid is offered as well
Read reviews, but remember that ALL schools are going to have angry student...you can't please everyone all of the time so look at what the majority have to say
