For those of us who purchase our books:

Do you sell your books back to the bookstore, online, to other students, or do you just keep it?
When you sell back your books, where do you find that you get the best price?

I generally sell mine back on Amazon. I get more for them there than I do at the school bookstore. The downside is that I only get an Amazon card instead of getting cash. The upside.... I get some great new books to read during the summer. lol

I just keep them. School doesn't pay ANYTHING for these books - I try to sell what I can to other students.

You should try Amazon. I've been amazed at what they will give back. I sold two books this semester and ended up with a credit of just over $100!

I also use amazon and have been pretty happy with them. You can also set it up so that they return the books free of charge if they don't think that they are in good enough condition.

I didn't realize that until this semester. I just sold back a couple and realized for the first time that they had that option.

Someone else told me about this the other day. I think I'm going to try Amazon this semester.
