Rules & Guidelines for the board

Everyone is welcome to buy and sell, but the hosts have the right to remove any suspicious posts and spam.

All transactions are AT YOUR OWN RISK. JustMommies is not responsible for any transaction that goes wrong. Neither are the hosts of the Car Seat Safety Board. Please use your good judgement, and be friendly.

Sellers-
-BE OPEN & HONEST.
-Do not try to sell a product that is not safe (unapproved aftermarket products, expired products, -recalled products, or products that have been in an accident).
-The hosts reserve the right to remove any posting that we deem unsafe.
-Please post a picture of the item(s) you are selling. This can be an actual picture you take, or a stock picture from online. If buyer asks for actual pictures, please provide them.
-Your post must include the following: Name of item, condition, price (indicate if that price includes shipping and PayPal fees, or if those will be added), picture
-The title of your thread should begin with: FOR SALE (or FS), and the item name should follow
(example: FOR SALE- Graco My Ride 65 cover in Flair print)
-Update your thread when an item is SOLD. Simply put “Sold” in the subject line, or add “SOLD” to the top of the original post. Do not delete all contents of your original post when an item sells, keep all information there.
-All items must be shipped with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. This is for your protection, as a seller. If you ship something without DC and the buyer says they don’t receive it, guess who PayPal is going to side with? The buyer. Cover yourself, get DC!
-ALL items must be shipped in a timely manner (5 days).
-Sell at YOUR OWN RISK



Buyers-
-BE OPEN & HONEST.
-Ask questions!!
-Pay for your items in a timely manner (within 48 hours unless an agreement has been made with seller).
-When using PayPal, you must use send payment in the form of “Purchase/Goods” and must not use “Personal/Gift” or “Personal/Payment Owed”
-Buy at YOUR OWN RISK

While all members are welcome to sell, please be aware of who you are buying from.

NO PERSONAL INFORMATION should be exchanged on the For Sale or Trade board. Please exchange any and all personal information via PMs and/or through PayPal.

At this time there will be no buying/selling/trading of unapproved aftermarket products or actual car seats. You may sell parts and accessories.


In Search Of Something? You pay post an ISO (In Search Of) or LF (Looking For). Please include a description of what you're looking for in your post. Same rules as above apply for the buyers and sellers.
