I noticed it was kind of fuzzing a few months ago but I didn't think much of it because it wasn't actually fraying. I noticed this a few days ago, it is right where the male buckle tongue is and the other side is starting to do it also. I called Graco and because the harness is not replaceable they are replacing the entire seat. Has anyone else had this problem? It is definitely not just fuzzing.

No, I haven't seen that on my seat... but I notice you have the newer buckle, it's a different harness material, I wonder if that's part of it? I'm glad they're replacing the seat for you. :/

The harness strap on my Radian looks like that, and when I sent pics to SKJP they told me it was fine and normal...I hope they were correct! Glad to hear that Graco is replacing your seat for you!

It's very jagged so I'm sure it can't be normal. Instead of fraying, it looks like it's just wearing little chunks out of it. It is an older style harness so I'm looking forward to seeing how the new one will differ.

Oh my!!! I am glad Graco is replacing that for you! I have the same style of harness for my myride. It is typically dark when we leave and come home, but I will try to look tomorrow morning and see if I notice that.
