Hi ladies. I have a question regarding the straps on my son's FF carseat. The straps that are set now are too low, but the next setting up is too high. I am not sure which setting it should be on.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For a FFing child, the straps should always come in from above the shoulders. So you want to use whatever slot is just above his shoulders, even if it seems too high. From your description, they need to be moved up before he rides in the seat again.
