Need some input here. Over the past year I have gained way too much knowledge about carseats and I try to help out friends when I can. But I'm not a certified technician or anything, so I don't feel like they take me seriously, because who am I from Jane Doe next door who told them incorrect information? So I'm thinking of getting certified. At this point why not right?

So for those of you who are certified... how much do you use it? Do you run events very often? Are you required to put in X amount of time or anything? I mean I don't want to get it and not use it, but at the same time I'm due in 2 weeks and I'm going to be fairly busy, lol.
