Have 2 new placements, 7yrs old. Have them in big kids (my stashed boosters for emergency placements). These were meant for temp use, not long-term, so I'm looking for recommendations for sturdier, more supportive boosters. I drive an 8pass. '09 Sequoia and currently have DD1 (4 1/2) FF in a Frontier passenger captain's chair, DD2 (almost 3) RF in an RXT center middle row, and STBAD (3mos) in a PegPV capatin driver's side. Have the boosters outboard in the third row. Need to rearrange to make it easier for the bigs to get to their boosters. What boosters and arrangements would you recommend? Only have weights on the kids, 49lbs and 53lbs.

I don't know about puzzling, but I plan on getting a Graco High-Back Turbo for our placements. Already have a BigKid. The BigKid will be used in DH's car and the Turbo in mine.

*Note: the turbo is considered to be on the flimsier side, but it is MUCH more sturdy than the BigKid (though the back comes of rather easily).

I have looked at the Turbos. I like them better than the big kids, but am wanting to get something sturdier. This looks like a long-term placement.

What's your budget? (Budget is why I'm doing a turbo.)

There is nothing wrong with a Turbobooster, they're great seats and are perfectly safe for full-time use.

That being said, my 7 year old rides in a Britax Parkway SGL because I wanted the LATCH feature.

ETA: My recommendations for highback boosters:

Graco Turbobooster
Britax Parkway (SG or SGL)
Diono Monterey
Cosco Pronto
Recaro Vivo
Recaro Probooster

However, some of these boosters require a headrest behind them up to the child's ears, so you need to take that into consideration. Is there an adjustable headrest in the seating position that you're putting the booster in?

I know the TB is a great seat, I just want something different.

There are headrests in all rear seating positions. I LOVE the Monterey! Would I have to put both in the 2nd or 3rd rows to buckle? How hard is it to load RF'ers from the hatch in a sequoia? Or would it be easier for the 7yr olds to keep climbing through the hatch with a butt push from me? Lol. Thanks for your help!!
