Hello!

I'd need some information first, before suggesting some car seats. Do you have a price range or budget? Knowing a price range will help me narrow down the choices. What are your child's stats- height and weight? And how long do you plan to keep your child rear facing?

All of this information will help me suggest the seats I feel might best meet your needs. You can also check out your local baby stores- Babies R Us, Baby Depot, Buy Buy Baby, etc. and play with the seats they have available to get a feel for what features you like or dislike.

You have three children, do they all sit next to each other in one row? What seats do your older children use? What infant seat is your youngest using?

And which Nissan are we talking about? A Altima is very different from an Armada!
