my daughter will be 4 in August...she's still rear facing in a Graco myRide65, but she's only got about 1 3/4" away from the top, so I'm trying to decide if I should turn her around or purchase another Diono Radian RXT. We have 1 in my small car, but the GMR is in the suburban.

Were going to have another baby in December and I am trying to decide if it would be easier to keep her where she is, which way to face her...and then put the baby in the third row, so i can slip it in over the back of the seat....or if i should put my will be 4 year old FF in the 3rd row, and she can basically buckle herself in....

my daughter is 27#.

It will partly depend on what vehicle you decide on...sometimes the distance between the 2nd and 3rd rows is really narrow and you can't RF a seat in the 3rd row without bracing, and the vehicle and/or seat might not allow that.

We have our daughter FFin the 3rd row (she'll be 3 in July and is 28 pounds). It is great because she can climb in by herself and get herself situated while I put the babies in...then I can do the buckle at the end. It is also awesome because she can see the babies and tell me what is wrong with them...like, "Mama, Abby's paci fell out" or "Mama, George is spitting all over!" Sometimes having an extra set of eyes back there is priceless.

Just food for thought I think it is awesome that your little girl is still RFing!
