I have read so much about all these seats that I am going crazy. I am due in July and need an infant seat. We will also need two additional bases (one for DH, and one for GM).

We have a 2008 honda pilot. My 5 yo is in a marathon FF, and my 9 yo in currently harnessed in a nautalis, but will reach the weight limit soon so will need to be switched to the booster mode of the nautalis.

We have had a snugride 22 outboard with the nautalis in the middle and the marathon on the other side. so I think most seats will fit.

what is your favorite infant seat, or what do you think will work best in our car? what order would you place the seats in the car?

we plan to rear face for a long while. my 5 yo rear faced until almost four.

my babies were 7 pounds 15 and 7 pounds 3 ounces at birth. they are average in weight, but are tall (75-90%)

thanks for your help.

Do you have a budget in mind for a new seat? Some great long lasting options are Graco Snugride 30 or 35, Graco Click Connect 35 or 40, Chicco Keyfit 30, or Safety 1st OnBoard Air. These are all $100-$200 plus bases. You can install all of these without the bases too.

I just got a 2011 Pilot, and they're really roomy, so you shouldn't have too many issues fitting them all in.
