Non stretchy Size 14's (most of my good fitting jeans are a bit stretchy) a bit big in the butt, if I don't keep hiking them up, but just two months ago today, these jeans were tight and gave me a huge muffin top.

Good job Nicole!
Went to the gym last night. Couldn't get into it. I was exhausted but went anyway. I had to cut all my weights in half because I just couldnt do it.. and ended up doing mid paced cardio instead. I think I am getting sick.. so that could be the case.
Ended up doing 15 minutes on the stationary bike.. 88 rpms.
Arms circuit....... pooped out on that. Only about 8 reps/1sets each.. on 1/2 the weight i usually do.
Got called out to the playroom in the middle of my circuit (Meg had to pp) so I gave up.
Came back and did 25 minutes on the treadmill.. incline 2.5, 3 mph.
then came home.. and ordered a pizza. So bad for me.. in so many ways. But I was exhausted, and DH was paying bills so he was not about to cook.

Heather I know those days all to well. Ever since I went from hitting the gym every day, to taking a two day break, I cannot get my motivation back-like I feared...
Just keep pushing through and don't let it get to you!

Yay for progress Nicole! That is awesome.
My zumba fitness for the wii arrived the other day so I played around with it yesterday. About 30 minutes. It gives a pretty good workout and I did the whole thing on beginner. Hate to see what expert looks like. Really happy with the purchace at any rate.

2 mile "hike" today in the desert oasis. Nice weather out there. Hike in quotes since lilly was insisting on walking today (no more backpack for her) so we were moving so slowly and didn't go very far.

3.5 mile jogged
73 situps
I"m preparing for my PT test so I've decided to do the two hundred situp program (not to do 200 situps but to increase my situps
I'm thinking about doing the pushup one too.

Read my ticker!!
I kicked *** today!
I ran a mile in 12:20!!! From the end of the 1st minute, until I hit the mile mark I stayed at 5 mph, I was nearly dieing, but pushed through it! I walked until the 20 minute mark.
Then, 250 crunches-half on a bench, half on a ball.
then totally killed my arms, chest, shoulders, and back on the different weight machines, tomorrow or Wednesday will be all legs. I decided to break up arms and legs.
Oh, and to add to my weight loss total, I am seeing some definition in my arms and calves. Now, to get the actual muscle portion to shrink along with the fat Maybe it is just the fat over the top, but I feel "bulky"

Thanks Lisa, I wish Tom would notice
So last night, I did 750 crunches on the ball! All during biggest loser commercials, plus fast paced lunges and knee lifts during the show. So almost 2 hours of constant movement.

copied from FB:
What a totally kick *** cardio session! 1 hr, nothing but cardio. Nailed two miles in 27 minutes (big deal for me) plus a 3 minute cool down to reach 30 minutes. Then stayed between 85-100 RPM for 30 minutes straight on the stationary bike. So wanted to keep going but the gym was closing. Oh, and my weight loss I saw Monday was not a fluke, still down a total of 20 lbs!
