What fitness goals do you have this month? maintain what I have been doing. I'm slowing down some because of studying
What's your plan of attack to get there?work out in the morning before work at least 3x until after May 11and then back on.

My goals this month are to work on my running speed and tone my arms
To get my speed up, I am planning on doing intervals on the treadmill once a week. I've been using hand weights everyday to work on my arms.
I've did 4 miles Tuesday and this morning.

I did 50 crunches this morning. I didn't bring my running shoes or hand weights to the beach so I figured I should do something.

hey, i'm jumping in!
Lisa, i started the 30 day shred yesterday...man am i out of shape!!! i did level one and i did have to stop before it ended and take a small break.
i plan on doing level one again today before lunch.

i did day 2 yesterday and day 3 today...i am ridiculously sore! i think i will take tomorrow off, and start up again on saturday.
my friend lost 22lbs doing that work out...i hope i can lose 10.

I did just over 4 miles Thursday. I'm hoping to get on my treadmill this afternoon during nap.

yesterday-30 day shred lvl1 and gym at lunch for weights
sprint workout today-jog .5miles and 10mins of sprints and jogged back
