It is when you wet your hair then use baking soda and a bit of ttea tree on your scalp, rub it is really well then rinse. Then rinse wiht either lemon juice or cider vinegar and water. I have been squeezing a fresh lemon on my hair and then rinsing wiht water. I haven't had to use shampoo or conditioner and my hair stays clean longer. I love how it looks and feels--usuallly it takes up to 6 months to see results from un-pooing but I am flipping amazed! (found it on Motheringdotcommune where the women are really earthy crunchy, LOL)

So instead of shampooing you do this daily or every other day when you normally wash your hair??

I do it every couple days becasue that is all it seems to need--unlike shampooing--I had to shampoo everyday. I get up now and my hair actually looks good!

That has to save time but I can not wake up in the am if I do not shower and wash my hair. Maybe I will supplement my regular hair washing with it!?
