I knew I'd put on some weight but was shocked by what I looked like in the full-length mirror at the hotel we stayed at Friday night!!
So...shopping today, I have bought no crisps, no fizzy drinks, no beer, no biscuits...
I have bought dried fruit, pecan nuts, grapes, fruit loaf and dark chocolate for snacks and orange juice for cold drink, and wine instead of beer (less fatty). And of course lots of sauces, quorn, rice, etc for trying to force myself to cook instead of eat takeaways (we get all our fresh fruit and veg from a farm which delivers).
It's not only for weight/flab but because I need to reduce my cholesterol as well. I'm WTTC right now and really could not progress to TTC while still eating unhealthily etc.
When Daniel gets back to school I must start having a daily walk, too. BEFORE I come online and get hooked!
