Do you consider yourself a healthy eater? I go through spurts. I always try to make sure a veggie makes it onto the plate at dinner time though. I don't like to feed my family a lot of the prepackaged junk.
What is your favorite healthy snack? Salad with strawberries, grapes, tomatoes, apples, feta cheese, and raspberry vinaigrette.
nope, I try and try, but aghhhh.....it is really hard to swtich. Heatlhy eating habits have to be a part of your lifestyle as a child. I wish my parents had bought my sis and I less junk food and more brown bread and brown rice and stuff. I believe that when kids are raised as healthy eaters, they continue that lifestyle.
I am trying to learn to cokk healthy meals, but my taste buds aints likin it!
However, I will definitely switch to completely healthy eating once baby is here....I have to.
For now, I love my belgian waffles with nutella on them....yum!
And as for healthy eating......almond butter with honey on 12 grain bread, mangoes, blueberries.....fruits and veggie plates....
