The doctor changed my EDD to May 4th. I don't think I'll carry this baby full term, so I'll definitely stick around in this DDC.
So... instead of 10 weeks along, now I'm only measured 8 weeks! But my belly is growing so big!
But the baby is doing well and I saw the heartbeat today (I'm only carrying one baby, LOL).
I think I gained 9 lbs in 3 weeks. I asked for a meal plan and the doctor will send me a GD eating plan in the mail. That was the only thing that kept my weight controllable during my first pregnancy.

My next appt is in 2 weeks, and I'll have the one hour glucose test then.
Hm... is it normal to have the glucose test so early? I thought it will be done much later in the pregnancy....

Well as long as you stick around it's OK that you're due in May!
It is weird to do the glucose test before the 2nd trimester as the placenta has not fully developed and it's what sends out the hormone that causes GD, occasionaly though they do it early, but normally if you pass it that means you'll have to do it again later.

NO...you're not leaving us now...LOL! I actually measured now a few days ahead at my last scan on the weekend...measured 2 days earlier after they changed my due date to 4 days later but ME TOO...will be having this baby on April 17th I'm sure with a scheduled c-section so to me it was more important to date me later as they like to do c-sections here around 37 weeks ...my EDD was April 23rd then moved to April 27th and on the weekend I measured April 25th!! I'm glad you'll still be here though!
