Courtney wants to name the baby Nana (my mother), but then she says when the baby comes out of my belly we'll call it Jessica (probably our choice if the baby is a girl)
I created a list of names I like then asked my son which names he liked and disliked. Together we narrowed it down to three names that we both liked and I picked the final name.
I have been asking him about his opinions often on names I like. i want him to feel as connected to the pregnancy and babies as possible.

Thanks to Bokkechick for my wonderful Siggy!
Gabby says our baby's name is Bubba. We don't know the gender for sure... so who knows. But she insists she is getting a baby brother. Maybe she has that toddler intuition.
My 4 year old niece wants to call the baby Fizz, Her favourite Tweenie. (childrens TV programme). When we said we were thinking of a longer name, she said Fizzabelle, just like Isabelle!!
I don't have any kids but my aunt is also pregnant (due 2 weeks after me). Her two 6 year old girls have ideas though - one says its a girl and it should be named "Rachel" and the other says its a boy and his name should be "Rocky"
My DS has had SEVERAL names for the baby. He was dead set on naming him Batman for a couple days. Now he is calling the baby "baby Oscar." We are guessing it is from Sesame Street. lol It is soo cute to listen to DS talk about the baby. He says baby will have purple hair and green eyes *this changes on a daily basis*. Kids are sooooo creative!!
