I am in so much pain. I was having mild cramping last night and all day today. I put the kids to bed and lied down on the couch to watch tv and relax. Well the building was evacuated. I live on the 5th floor so I had to carry my toddler down 5 flights of stairs. I know that I am not supposed to lift anything because everything is so highrisk but I had no choice as she was still mostly asleep and there was no way that she could walk down the 5 flights. Everything in the building is ok and we were finally allowed back in but now I am really hurting. I do go see the MFM in the morning anyway so hopefully everything is ok I just know that I will be stressed all night making sure the pains don't get worse.

Oh no, how scary! I'm glad the building is ok, hope you can get some rest and the pains go away.
