If so, do you bake the pumpkin seeds and eat them?

Yesssss, we carve pumpkins every year! The kids don't really like sticking their hands in them, but they still try it! We bake the seeds and eat them---YUM!!! Pueo is the best carver ever, here's some samples from last year and the year before!

This will be our first family pumpkin carving. And yes, I'm planning to roast the seeds. I've never done it before, but I love pumpkin seeds.

I like to carve pumpkins, but not sure we'll get around to it this year. We'll at least buy some. We don't cook the seeds though, yuck!

Probably. I am surprised we haven't yet. Joey usually does it so early that by the time the 31st comes, it has turned into pumpkin soup on the porch.

Wow Dena, those look great! We don't pumpkin carve around here. Siera picks one out if we manage to get to a pumpkin patch (the closest one is out in New Jersey or in Long Island). She decorates it with markers, glitter, feathers, etc.
