There's a dentist here that pays $1 a pound...couldn't convince my kids to do that, but good idea regardless.
Zachy had a bit last night but the rest is put up. He woke up asking for candy...I told him no, that he could have one piece after he ate his breakfast (which he still hasn't finished).
The other kids are tougher. Matthew and Ben I'm not so worried about. Megan and I have our first weigh-in tomorrow, so I told her that she needs to be really careful.
I had a few pieces last night but really have no desire for more...except for smarties...that's my weakness LOL!

i let tatum go crazy last night,i really had no choice,as he was getting the candy he was just opening the stuff he liked and eating it as he went,so i let him. This morning he asked for some, and since he ate a good breakfast i let him have a little dum dum pop.I will probably let him have a peice a day, maybe 2.I'm sure me and dh will pick at it too

My boys just like pops , star bust , & gummy candy. Xavier will try anything once so he had some M&M last night all he did was suck the color off of them LOL. But my older son wasn't feeling well last night so we didn't go out. I brought candy to give out to kids but only two came ( we live in a building ) . so the kids have candy until Christmas LOL
I let them get a few pieces each day, but even with three kids I end up throwing away 1/2 a big bowl of leftover Halloween candy every year come Easter.
Bleh, I'm already tired of it! We had so much at our house that we bought ( we didn't get any trick or treaters) and RJ got some thats still in his pumpkin bucket thing that I hid in the pantry.. lol! He keeps asking for Nestle Crunch bars and pops. He had some last night, but only a few pieces ( his choice, he was full) and 1 piece after lunch. I will probably take some in to work tomorrow.
Out of all the candy we got, she only really eats the M&Ms and lollipops. She didn't get much of those but she's been opening up everything, trying it and throwing it in the garbage. I have a feeling we're going to go through our candy veerrrrryyyy fast in this house...

I think that dentist has a MAJOR sweet tooth!!
Madi thankfully didn't get too much candy last night. We only went to about 10 houses in our neighborhood. She'll probably get one or two pieces a day until its gone. Madi had more fun passing out candy to the kids that came to our house.

Kieran only got 2 pieces last night (and they got around 10lbs worth of candy, each >.<) She told me at dinner that her tummy hurt but seemed fine after that so I let her have a sucker after dinner (she didn't eat all of dinner either), a dum dum sucker. And after we were done ToTing she had a little bite sized one stick kitkat. She ended up throwing up at 2am, so she hasnt' had any candy today even though she keeps asking for it.
Dh will probably take a bit to work, and we'll eat some, the kids will get a couple pieces a day.
Hannah's biggest thing is wanting a lollipop. She already started asking as she was eating breakfast today. I tell her she can have one after dinner. On Sunday (that's when we Trick-or-treat here) she had a couple pieces and a lollipop. Most of the candy will end up getting dumped or I'll send it to my sisters house (she has 4 kids and they are older). Steve and I will pick at it, but ehh, not a big thing for us

Well Angelica didn't get too much candy. She'll eat the chocolate and the suckers and tootsie rolls but all the gum and everything else gets given to my older boys. Except Starburst. Those are MINE

we dumped it all together and they each get one every night after they finish their supper. That's it, that's all! Dh and I got the "big" ones, lol...... some people here were handing out 3 or 4 full sized candy bars! Our Japanese friends gave each of the girls a tooth brush!
Hazel hasn't figured out that the candy is for eating... She just pulls it out of her pumpkin bucket, looks at it says, "my presents" and puts them back... I won't tell her if you won't....
We're going to go with one a day and see how it goes. He goes right for the lollipops, but he's got a few full size candy bars in there that will have to be divided some how.
