What does everyone have planned for this summer? Any trips or vacations? Hanging out at the pool/beach? How are you planning on keeping LO busy?

I'm taking two courses over the summer and my MIL is with us. No Eurotrip for us this year. We're thinking about a possible trip to Mexico or Florida. My vote's for Florida.
As for keeping Siera busy... a lot of park dates, play dates, going to the beach, picnics, etc.

Anaiah and I are going to the USA to visit my family this summer. I'm so excited! Not at all looking forward to the actual travelling part because it takes more than a day to get there, but I think it's going to be worth it to be able to spend about 2 months with my family. I have not seen them in 2 years and miss them badly! I'm also so excited to be able to go shopping in the US, where I can actually buy things that fit me!
Praying that Anaiah does really well on all the flights and layovers!

Well, at least this time we got her, her own seat so I don't have to hold her the whole time! I'm still wondering if I should bring a stroller or not.. Thank goodness there is a playground in Amsterdam because I don't know how else we'd survive the 8 hour layover!

Lots of hikes and fishing. I would like to go camping a few times. I am hoping a trip to the beach and our usual amusement park visit. I got a membership to the local zoo so we can go pretty much every week. I am also on the fence about whether we are joining a pool this year.

PDO Tuesdays and Thursdays for us. And I won't lie, lol, I'm friends with the lady who will be running the boys' class and I'm kinda jealous of all the fun stuff planned for them.
Other than that we don't really have any plans.

I start back to school in June. Other than that nothing really. My mom is coming from Arkansas for a visit tomorrow for almost 2 weeks. I'm excited about that since I haven't seen her since this time last year. We might go to TN for a weekend but that is still up in the air.

Trish we would go to the Great Wolf Lodge near Gatlinburg if we go. So other end of TN from you guys. But on another note, my mom and DH's dad both live in NE Arkansas. I know you guys are near Memphis right? Next time we go out there I have thought about trying to detour through Memphis. It would be out of our way but the only other time I have been there was when I went to the airport there. It would be fun to stop and go to the zoo and maybe meet up with you guys there or something. It probably won't be til next summer that we go out that way though.

We are going to england for a week in August. Nothing else planned. IŽll keep the kids busy with trips to the pool, playdates and lots of making things (I hate crafty things) Ana still has school, so I will take full advantage of that!

I would bring an umbrella stroller. It's just so much easier to navigate the airports when they're strapped in.
