Hey moms who haven't stopped by the board in forever! Please, take a moment to tell us how things have been going in your life, and to update us on your April 09 kiddo. Even if you know you aren't coming back for good, we'd still all love to hear from you.
It's been a while since I was on here. I lurk but don't post much. Diva is doing pretty well. We have an appointment at the Developmental Neurologist at the end of the month. DH lost his job end of july so it's been a hard couple of weeks. I actually just got a job today. But it only runs for a couple months because it is in rafting reservation. But I'll find another job until March when they call us back. My friend is actually the one that got me the job. I filled out the application turned it in and 10 minutes later my friend calls me and tells me that she has a schedual for me. I wasn't even out of the parking lot I was still waiting on DH! So she brought that out to me and I am excited to start on next Thursday!
I do post sometimes, but I can't decide how long it has been since I posted now, a month? Maybe...
LJ is supposed to start preschool on the 4th of September. Due to the absolute insanity of my life, my own laziness and dh's laziness and insanity aspects LJ's successful start to potty training sort of fizzled out and as of recent I became totally freaked out by the fact that we weren't going to be ready by Preschool's start date. I got a lot more serious, and finally today we had some real good success with the number 2 issue we'd be having. So I'm still hopeful we'll be ready by September 4. He wants to do everything his brother does. They play really well together most of the time. He's become more interested in Terra lately.
I stepped down from all of my hosting spots (though I don't think I've fixed my siggy yet) the other day, after nearly 5 years of hosting, I just couldn't do it anymore, I'm just not around JM as much these days.

It's great you were able to find a job, even if it is only seasonal. What is Angelica going to the Developmental Neurologist for?

Trish she is going to the DN because her Pedi suspects that she may have a sensory disorder or possible an ASD. She still has problems, her speech being the worst. Her Pedi says that she should have been caught up by now and wants to make sure there isn't anything else holding her back.

When I typed up my "stepping down" thing on the host board, I actually deleted it, retyped it only stepping down on 4 boards (cuz I too can't imagine the board without hosting it) and then said "Christen, just do this" and then retyped it, in fact because of all that I never said in the message I was stepping down, just that I ought to, lol. They got the point though...
I'm here. I always read all the posts but never find the time to respond like I should. I just finished my summer classes and have two weeks off now. I'm starting nursing school in September so I anticipate being very busy. I swear I'll be better about posting, or at least try to. I feel like I keep up with everything on fb too.
I pop in and lurk often but do not have time to post too much - guilty hand raised here! Aiden is doing well - he is super smart and a very happy little boy Both he and Sophia love Zoe so much so I am lucky there hasn't been any jealousy. I having been working 50+ hrs a week lately so barely have time for anything it feels like. DH and I have been officially married for 2 years today but it is our 11 year anniversary in November. I try to keep up with everyone on Facebook too
