It's tough! There are a few challenging kids in each class. The problem comes with those who need the most support, either instructionally or behaviorally that the ones who don't need as much get easily overlooked. I totally missed a kid today when we were doing an assignment because several were so intensive.
Other kids have learned to deal with their disability by acting like a total twit, for lack of a better word. They refuse to work and then want you to do it all because they are lazy. They cause problems, disrupt the class and keep others off task, and you end up spending so much time trying to keep them from distracting everyone that everyone else gets overlooked!
It's good though. I like most of the teachers I'm working with. There's a few strong personalities, but for the most part it's working well. I do have blisters on the bottoms of my feet though! I need to get more comfortable shoes!
