I get up at 5:45 every morning to get ready for work.

I used to get up at 5:45am but not sure what will work when I go back to work after my maternity leave is up.

I get up at 4am to go to the gym then home by 6am to get ready for work.

Depends on if I have overtime or not. If I have overtime, then 4:30. If not, then 5:30.
