Do you usually hit much traffic on your commute?

I don't know if it was the fog or rain tonight, or what, but my drive was horrible! The first highway I get on, it's 9-10 miles til my exit for the next road and there was a sign showing miles and time til then... 9 miles, 47 minutes! So I checked the traffic maps and the next highway wasn't looking any better (all red/black on google maps). So my 40 mile drive home was looking like it may take 2.5-3 hours. Instead I ended up picking my sister up from the metro station (she's on break from college for Thanksgiving) and going to my mom's house for dinner. Thank goodness it wasn't a day I had to pick Juliet up from daycare!

I don't, thank goodness. It's only 1 exit away and a 15-20 min. drive tops. I don't think I could handle getting stuck in traffic. I'm way too impatient.

I dont drive major highways in this area. My commute is on back roads which makes it just a 30 min drive (even in the worst weather).

Yes, but its not as bad as it could be. On a bad day it may take me 30 minutes versus 20.
