I usually sit at my desk and play on the computer, or go out and run errands (Target, grocery store).

We have a small walking track next to our building, but I've only used it a couple times.

As I am a substitute teacher I generally eat in the cafeteria. If I am working that day, if not I make something at home or just wait until dinner.

We have several trails within walking distance from my office so I always walk for 30 min. at lunch time and just eat at my desk.
