I love me some pumpkin pie. I did make a pumpkin soup once, but it made a huge amount of soup, and it was kind of a lot for one person - DH hates pumpkin anything.

We got our first pumpkin for carving as a family this weekend. I think I probably will save the seeds back and bake them up as a snack.

I love pumpkin pie!

we do carve pumpkins and we usually get the pumpkins from the patch but not this year. I do save and roast the seeds. they are so very yummy
