After lurking around here for a few weeks, I decided it was time to introduce myself. I am Tracy (33) and DH is John (34). We have been TTC#1 since September of '07.

We met with our RE at the end of April. I have had my progesterone and FSH tested and DH had his SA in April. All of our tests were at the lower end of the "normal" range. I have always had regular cycles and according to my tests, I do ovulate. We apparantly have the dreaded "Unexplained Infertility". I have my HSG scheduled for Wednesday, which will be CD12. I am nervous, but hopeful, that everything will come back OK. I am not sure what the next step will be after that.

I look forward to getting to know all of you and I am sure I will learn a lot from all of your advice. Any comments or suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Welcome welcome!

I'm Hillarie married to Pete TTC#1 for the last several years with several miscarriages.

I'm in the dreaded unexplained infertility group and am in the 2ww from my first cycle of clomid. After my HSG we had a postcoital test, lining biopsy and testing for all sorts of clotting and auto immune issues. All of which were normal... So he put us on a round of clomid for grins to see what happens.

I hope you get your BFP soon!!

I'm Amber. DH and I have been TTC #1 since May of this year. DH is infertile though, so we are doing IUI with a sperm donor. We've had 2 unsuccessful attempts and are waiting for my thyroid to get back to normal before we try any more.

If you have any questions about IUI feel free to PM me!

Amber

Welcome! My name is Andrea, DH is Bill. We have been TTC since October 2007. I was diagnosed with PCOS in March of this year. Since then, I have been TTC with Clomid. I just finished my third cycle and am heading on to my 4th. It hasn't worked so far, but this was the first cycle that I O'd. Keep us posted on how your HSG goes!

My name is Jessa. We have been TTC #1 for a little over two and a half years now. Turns out I don't O on my own and DH has low numbers/poor motility. We're moving on to our third cycle of Clomid/trigger/IUI now. The only advice I can give you for the HSG is to take 2 Tylenol half an hour before your appointment. I experienced cramps with mine but the Tylenol made it entirely bearable for me.

Good Luck, hon! Please KUP!!

Thank you so much! I was prescribed a antibiotic but I did not know about the Tylenol!

Welcome! I"m Jennifer, Dh adn I have been TTC #1 for almost 2 years now. I had an HSG 2 months ago adn while it wasn't pleasant, it wasn't really painful either. I ditto the tylenol/motrin an hour before, and bring your own pads(they gave me the huge ones that seem like a diaper when I had mine) for afterwards. I spotted for about 3 days, so be prepared for that!
