So I had my laproscopy and ovarian drilling done yesterday.. of course they did a pee and blood test to see if i was pregnant.. DUH i could have told them i wasnt because I have O'd for the past 3 cycles!!! BOO!!!

Anyways, so i had some major bleeding yesterday like expected but it went away.. well today i started having some more spotting and some slight bleeding.. I am suppose to take Clomid CD 4-8 and Metformin starting CD1... i have not had the chance to take it yet becuase AF has been hiding!!! Well if the spotting is coming back.. could this be counted as a "manually" started AF???? I would love to count it as AF!! I tried all last week to get my doctor to give me Provera.. and i go and see him this coming Friday.. Of course we are doing trigger shots this cycle too.. i am so nervous about that too!!! So i am glad we get to sit down with him on Friday and talk about the upcoming events for this cycle... I just really want to count this bleeding as AF... I dont know if it is possible to or not..

Hmmm...Thats a tough one. Im not sure if that is AF or left over bleeding from your procedure. Why do you have to wait until CD1 to start Metformin?

Edit: posted twice

I'd start the Met now, but you need to wait for AF to show before you start the clomid. they made me wait one full cycle after my procedures because AF started 2 days later and they wanted 2 weeks for my abdomen to heal before they would do any fertility meds. It's more to try and let your body heal so you can take full advantage of the drugs. The Met may help jump start AF.

Im glad you started the Metformin. Now you can talk to your Dr. tomorrow and not worry about being "behind" schedule. Good Luck!
