I was just curious if anyone knows if clomid, HCG or estrace... basically all the hormone meds that I'm taking could affect my mild endometriosis? I'm just wondering because I've had such terrible cramping and some really sharp pains recently and I'm worried that it's getting worse. Anybody else have any experience with this? I know I should bring it up to my DR and I will but I'm gonna wait until after my beta on Monday or Tuesday. I just don't want to keep taking meds if it's making it all worse!

Sorry, just seeing this now. I suffer with endo very badly (stage IV). I've never been on clomid, so I can't comment there. But, all through my IVF cycles and with all the meds, my endo pain was actually more manageable. Endo really only gets better and can even completely go away when you stop cycling - so hysterectomy, pregnancy, etc... I think the hormones actually help in this case - at least they did with me. Not only that, I was almost symptom free while I was breastfeeding and even for the first couple of post partum cycles. It wasn't until the 3rd AF that I was suffering big time again.

I guess what I'm trying to say through all of that is I wouldn't expect those meds to make your symptoms worse, so maybe something else is going on like some ovarian cysts or something. I would definitely bring it up with your doc.

Thanks for your reply and input! I do have PCOS but it's never caused me to have such horrible pains before besides when I would have one rupture. Maybe it's just different now because the HCG is making me O and it's making my ovaries more painful due to that??? I have no idea what's going on but it literally has been taking my breath away at times for the last three days. Plus lately when I'm eating it's like I"m already full... I'm so uncomfortably bloated. I just want to be normal... don't we all.

During my rounds of Clomid and then the one round with the trigger my endo really acted up. My DR gave me pain meds to take so I could take the clomid and make it through the pain. Good Luck!!

Thanks so much for your reply! Maybe I'm not crazy after all. Not that I want all this pain to be from endo but I'd like an answer at least.
