Please...make me feel better about having to get up early (ya know, misery loves company )

What time does everyone wake up? Is it still dark when you wake up?

I generally wake up between 5:15-6:00. I wake up earlier (5:15), if I'm going to work out on the elliptical (because I KNOW that I won't do it when I get home from work).

It is definitely still dark when I wake up....and cold.

On Monday, Wedensday, and Friday I'm up at 5:00. DH has PT with Rotc. So I have to leave the house at 6:45 with all the kids ready, dressed and fed. Ugh. But Tuesday and THursday I don't get up until 6:00! LOL

Mornings that I work I'm generally up at 6am. Otherwise I can usually sleep in until at least 9am but it's getting harder and harder to do that these days. I just can't seem to stay asleep long enough!

I hear ya, Kari! I CANNOT seem to keep my butt in bed longer than like 730 AM! Even on Saturday and Sunday! My alarm goes off at 6 AM 7 days a week to temp.....LOL.....but Mon - Fri I have to get out of bed by 620 AM. And yes, atleast right now, it is still dark and cold.

I wake up around 6:15 or 6:25 if I hit the snooze.

I like to have a cup of coffee before I wake DD up at 6:45.

The nice thing about being a part-time tutor and SAHM is that I don't have to shower in the AM. I toss on a hat and some sunglasses and go through the carpool line incognito! LOL.

Then I hit the gym a few mornings a week, and THEN go home and shower.

I get up at 5 am during the week, so YES it's still dark! I leave my house at 6:30, and YES it's still dark

I get home between 5-6:30 every nite, so by that time IT's DARK

On the weekends I sleep in til about 7, but then the animals wake me up for their breakfast

Since I work from home, I adjust my schedule to match DH's...which changes every week. Some weeks we get up at 4:15 am, then other weeks not until 8 or 9 just depending on his schedule.

I need to leave the house by 6:30. I *try* to wake up at 5 to work out but it rarely happens! I mostly get up at 6.
It is dark and cold when I leave, too.
