The clomid is working for me, but I only get 2 more cycles on it (counting this one). If we don't get a BFP from it and it may be something as simple as our timing being off, what is the next step, do you think?

Generally Clomid + IUI (with or without trigger), another drug like Femara, or injectables.

I am in the same boat. Clomid has been working, but nothing is sticking. I will probably start injectables next cycle or the one after. My doctor uses Follistim and Gonal F.

I'm also in the same boat. I just finished my 4th cycle on Clomid (this cycle we also did an IUI). I will be calling my doctor tomorrow to see what's next. Probably one more cycle with Clomid and IUI. And then after that, she mentioned maybe changing to a different drug or injectables.

I did three cycles of Clomid, two with IUI. After that I started injectables with IUI

Wait, isn't there a rhyme for that?

First comes love, then comes Clomid, then comes Casey with a baby carriage?!?

Nah, seriously, the other ladies have pretty much covered it...good luck!

I am personally very angry with Clomid, lol. It helped me develope wonderful follicles during each cycle, which there were 4 cycles... but no BFP. I know that my tubes are clear, i just had an HSG, and DH is fine... Clomid has just never worked for me. I used it in 2007 also for 5 cycles, and nothing!! It was only when i went OFF of clomid that I finally got pg, like some sore of rebound effect... unfortunatly we lost that one, but I'm actually excited to be off clomid now, and onto injectables. Maybe I will have another rebound effect, but the injectables will help make it a healthy egg so I don't loose this one.
