I had the most wonderful dream last night...I was the mother a beautiful baby girl! She was probably 4-5 months old, and in my dream I took her to my Mom and Dad's to visit. I only remember bits and pieces of the dream; my Mom and I took her to the mall to do some shopping, I gave her a bath, my Dad wanted us to take pictures of him with the baby. The strange thing is, I don't remember her having a name, but she smelled so good. I just remember being blissfully happy, and right as I was about to breastfeed her (I was looking for a burp cloth before I started), I woke up. It was absolutely heartbreaking to wake up and realize that I was just dreaming about my perfect little girl; I cried myself back to sleep.
Do you dream about your future children? Do they have names? Are they an accurate reflection of what you think your family will be like? I'm just curious!

Sounds pretty familiar to the kinds of dreams I have. They are very random and come only occasionally but I recently had one the other night.
I had twin boys, they were about 8-9 months old... I had just got home from the hospital so I guess my dream sped up a few months lol. I was at home with my dad, and for some reason DH wasn't there..then he had came home and we were sitting with them on the bed talking about how much they looked like him........seemed sooo real!!!!!!!!!!!!! ugh!!
I've had dreams like that too. My son is always in them but he's older than he is now. A lot of the time I'm telling Teddy to be nice to his sister. Once I had a dream that me, Corey, Teddy (who was about the age of a 1st grader), and a little girl who was a toddler were on trip to a theme park. I always call the girl Eliza (which is what Corey and I decide we'll name a girl if we have one).
