Hi guys, anyone know much about progesterone levels? I'm on day 22, had blood drawn yesterday on day 21 (I'm on Clomid days 5-9). Anyway, just found out my progesterone level is 11.7 but my doc hadn't analyzed the numbers yet to tell me what that means. I googled and it looks like that means I ovulated, right? Is that a pretty good number for day 21? Thanks!

I'm sorry I'm no help...my OB/GYN that was treating me before didn't check progesterone levels, so I'm not sure what a good number would be. I'm sure someone else will jump in and help.

Good luck, and I hope this is good news for your cycle!!

Those are good numbers that indicate that you have ovulated. My RE says he looks for progesterone levels to be anywhere from 10-25.

Good luck!

My OB/GYN said that anything over 4 indicates ovulation. If you're pregnant, your levels need to be over 10 to sustain a pregnancy and that's on the low end and would probably supplement. When I was pregnant last spring, my levels were 25 and my doctor said that was a good number.

You're levels indicate ovulation, which is great! If you are pregnant, your levels should continue to increase. Good luck!
