So I took clomid 100mg this time (did 50 last time). Did that days 5-9....which day 9 was wed. Today I went in to get my follies checked and I have 3 in my right ovary that are all around a 16.
In my left ovary I have 2 follies....one is 18 and the other is 17.

They took blood also. Called me and said I need to do my Ovidrell shot tonight and have intercourse every night for tonight and the next two nights. They are also having me take oral prometrium again 3X per day.

My question is are my follies big enough?? Do you think I have a good chance of getting preggers??

I don't know much about all this stuff!!

I asked my doc about when to trigger and he said he likes to see 18 or over. You have 1 that is definitely good, the others can catch up. If it were me, I would have asked my RE if it would hurt for me to wait to trigger til tomorrow to see if they could get closer to 20, but I'm not afraid to ask questions or push to see what more information I could get!

I think you have a good shot here... All those follies sound very promising!

I'm not sure, but he probably figures the one 18 is good and the 17 might catch up in time. He probably wants you to trigger earlier rather then later so all the others DON'T catch up and you aren't over follied! That's my guess anyway.

what was your e2 (estrodial) the e2 tells them if the follies have eggs in them you can grow a follie with no egg..The levels should be 200-600 per mature (18 mm) follicle. These levels are sometimes lower in overweight women.

And even if you injected last night it still had time to grow before you O

LOTS OF LUCK!! Hope you get a BFP shortly!!!!
