OK, one more progesterone question that was sparked from your great insight on the other prometrium thread...

I am on 400 mg (200 in a.m., 200 in p.m.), vaginally. Now, I am curious to know what me progesterone levels are, but I'm also hesitant because I'm taking this much prometrium.

So, do you know if taking it vaginally will impact the 7DPO results a lot? I know taking it orally may impact it moreso... Is there an adjusted number you want to see if on prometrium than if not taking prog. supplements (like there's an adjusted desire number if on clomid/medication than if natural)?

I guess I'll go in Monday for this test, but I'm not sure what the numbers will tell me since I'm on the prometrium.

When you take it vaginally I believe the numbers don't show the same as orally because orally is going through your whole body where vaginally is going to that one area!
