Just a few questions....do you continue to use your pen until it is completely empty? I think it is filled with more than the order was for???

Also, does anyone know anything about estradiol levels? This is CD 6 for me and I had 3 days of gonal-f....my level was 193. The dr. told me to decrease my gonal-f for the next 2 days. Does anyone know what this means?

Thanks girls

I used the Follistim pen, which I think is very similar. My IVF Coordinator told me that the pen is always overfilled, so keep using it until every last drop is gone!

YEP! Use every ounce you can get out of those pens!!! They do overfill, and sometimes you can get an entire new dose out of it! As far as estradiol levels, I think yours sounds good. 193 at CD 6 may mean you have potential for a few good mature follies to grow! I remember when my CD 3 was totally high, my RE told me that about 190's was "typical" of a CD 7/8 number, so I think yours is going very well and you should have more than 1 good follie (hopefully exactly the number you are hoping for!)
