I've heard of a natural IUI cycle, but not a natural IVF cycle. The term natural implies "no meds" and it seems that going through an egg retrieval for possibly and likely only one egg would be a lot of work for very little pay off (i.e. the one egg may not be mature enough, may not fertilize, may not grow properly, etc.). I have heard of lite-ivf, where I think a lower overall follicle count is sought and a lower dose of medications given. But, and I may be wrong, I think this is reserved more for women who already have a reduced antral follicle count.
But, if there is a such thing as natural IVF, I'd be intersted in knowing about it. It seems like such a weird concept to me.
