My favorite name for both a boy or girl is

Braden~boy
Bradyn~girl

We agree on it for a boy, but my husband doesn't like it for a girl. I however am in love with it for a girl and have had absolutely no luck finding any other name that I can agree to (if we should be so lucky as to have a baby and it be a girl). I still have about another week before I should do a HPT, so I've given up looking for a name until I see if this cycle has worked.

We have our girl name picked out and have for two years. Her name will be Lila Grace.

Boys, we are not too sure. Some possibilities are:

Cole
Christian

DH likes....brace yourself...Merek. He heard it in some movie. I HATE IT. He brings it up every now and then and I told him no way in you-know-what!

I've got a million names I love, but I'm kind of hoping to keep with a K or hard C theme. My family things that's "too much" but I love the way those names sound with the last name (which has a K in the mid of it) and I always liked the idea of a theme. The names will also probably be Welsh or Anglo, as that is our descent. I'm also German, and there's a name I'm eyeing that seems to have both history in both descents, so...

I'm keeping them a secret though When I have this baby, (well, have to get preggo first!) then the world will know it! I like names that aren't real popular and I don't want to jinx it!

I like the name Bradyn for a girl!

We've had our names picked out for years and we have even decided on the order in which they will be used

1st boy: Aaron Brewer (will be called Brewer)
2nd boy: Nicholas Warren (will be called Nick)
3rd boy: Evan Navarro (Navarro was DHs Great Grandfathers last name, and I've loved Evan ever since The Butterfly Effect )

1st girl: Marleigh Taylor (Marleigh is a variation of Marlene and and that is my mom's middle name)
2nd girl: Leilani Nichole

All of our names are meaningful because they are chosen because of someone important in our families

The only thing we have really agreed upon is a boy name. We are going to use our dad's first names so...

Michael Allen for a boy. (We would call him Mikey or Mike )

And I really, really, really want to name our first girl after our grandmothers, who have both passed on. BUT... DH isn't on board yet. It would be an older name but I still love it!

Ramona Rose for a girl (We would call her Mona )

I have NO idea. DH refused to discuss names until we knew the sex, now he says picking names is "work" and he refuses to do work while we are on vacation! He's picky too. So far the only names he doesn't hate are Henry and Reid.

I really like the name William for a boy shortened to Billy. William is my grandfather so it would be nice to have a family name. We're a bit more undecided on girls... I like Emma and DH likes Elizabeth shortened to Lizzy. I quite like Isobel too

Ooo I love Ramona Rose! I love older names or more "basic" ones, not the super crazy unique ones or the VERY common names that everyone seems to be using. So far we like

Anna, Lucy, Clara for girls
Jeremy, Jared for boys.

When we find out the sex we'll talk further.

For a girl, we have agreed on Hannah Elaine. For a boy, we are going with Jacob Michael.

If we would have twins the other girl or other boy would be Hayleigh Marie or Steven Issac.

All of these names have one biblical name, and then one family name My Dad was Steven Michael, my great-grandma's were Norma Elaine and Edith Marie. Marie is also my mom's middle name. The Hayleigh is the only one that doesn't have a biblical name attached. I just like how Haleigh and Hannah sound together.

If we have a girl... she will be Julia Yvonne (DH Grandmom's name was Julia, mine was Yvonne)

If we have a boy... we like the first name Jared.. (but not sure..) but the middle name will be Clinton (DH grandfathers name) So we want something that sounds good... Jared Clinton... I think sounds good.. But we still have to talk about it.

If it were up to me and I didn't have to pay attention to DH, the other names I really like that he does not:

Mason for a boy and Tessa for a girl. I also like Brock for a boy or Lexy for a girl... He comes up with all these gawd-aweful nicknames so he nixes half of what I come up with...

So we're sticking with the C/K theme

It's a miracle Ethan even has a name - DH was this frustrating about names last pregnancy too!! I've been pressuring him to name the baby Joel, after my grandpa Edwin Joel.

Rebecca, would you ever consider using Ethan as a middle name? My sister did that with her son...

Her first baby was born prematurely and died after 6 hours. His name was Matthew Paul.

A year later she gave birth to another little boy and his name is Jacob Matthew
