If acne was one of your side effects/symptoms of that, did the metformin help clear it?

After years of trying, 2 years of fertility meds, multiple surgeries, blood draws and needle sticks, some awful pre-IVF complications, and endometriosis and PCOS,
We are done TTC. Praying for peace as we accept this...
Hoping for some comfort after our most recent (and 3rd) surgery and starting Lupron!

I'm not sure....but I haven't been taking my Met, for about 2 weeks and my face is breaking out terribly...so I might start taking it again and see what happens

Yes... since I started Met about a year ago I have had MUCH fewer breakouts. I used to be dealing with a major zit every week. Now I only really get a pimple when AF shows.

Hope the Met helps you get regulated. Between that and the Lap you should be good to go for a BFP!

I'm glad to hear this.... I've had awful acne the past few months, and since being diagnosed with PCOS I've wondered if they were connected. I will be getting an RX for met after my lap.
