I can always tell when I am Oing b/c I get lots of EWCM for several days.
But this cycle, since things might be different from my chemical pregnancy, I want to use OPKs again to make sure. Sooo...remind me...do I use them once or twice a day? Same time of day, right? I remember that afternoon is better, is that correct?
I am going to start using them in a few days. Do I count the day I started spotting as CD1 or the day I started actually bleeding? My nurse said, like with a normal AF, to count the day I started bleeding as CD1. But she reiterated that this is not a normal cycle.
Married with two awesome 7 year olds, we're TTC with unexplained infertility.
Thank you sophiasmomma for my beautiful siggy!
Nov/Dec Follistim cycle = BFP, chemical pregnancy
Dec/Jan TTC naturally after m/c, BFN
Jan 2010 2nd round of Follistim
As for the OPK's, I use them 1/day at early afternoon, but then when I see them starting to fade in, I use them 2ce/day (once mid afternoon, once mid morning) to make sure I catch the surge. If I have a TON sitting around, I'll even test 3x! My surge is sometims very short and so I have to test at least 2ce. I also use the internet cheapies, so I'm not using the expensive smiley face ones.
