Has anyone tried or is currently doing acupuncture to help their infertility? I am thinking about starting?

I did acupuncture for two non-medicated cycle, my IUI cycle, and my failed IVF cycle (where I did it also pre and post-transfer). I decided not to do it with the last IVF cycle because of the cost and time factor and that's the cycle that worked. My RE has an acupuncturist as part of the clinic and the cost was $75 per session, and $150 for the pre and post sessions. I found it very relaxing and it seemed to help me sleep. I also saw an acupuncturist outside my RE clinic, who really pushed that for the treatments to be effective, I needed to come 2 times a week for at least six weeks. The cost was pretty much the same, although I did find some places that had much lower rates, but seemed kind of shady.

In the end, it did help me relax and for that it was worth the money at the time. Let us know if you decide to do it!

I did it for a little while before my IVF cycle and continued for a few months afterwards.

It was $55 a session, and it was incredibly relaxing!! I fell asleep everytime But it didn't help me get pregnant
