I'm so sorry to see some of the posts that have been written since I was out of town and I want you all to know I feel for you and wish you all the absolute best in your situations! ((HUGS))

Now, I just wanted to update you ladies:

Here's my crazy cycle:

BCP's for 20 days.

Period started 7 days later.

CD 3: 3 follies measuring 13, 13, 11 and E2 was 200!

(SIRM docs said this is FINE and keep going!)

CD 5: same 3 follies, same measurements, E2 now 390!

out of town...

CD 8 (today, Saturday): 2 follies on Rt: 22 and 24 and I don't know what happened to the one that was hanging out on the left for the past 2 u/s, but I think it was just hiding today and I pray it's mature and not re-absorbed. E2: 983!!! and LH 3.8

So, I trigger tonight at 11p, go in Mon at 10:30 for DH's sample and the iUI at 11.

I said a prayer at today's u/s that this is in God's hands and I pray (as I've done for many months) that he touches me and blesses us with a perfect egg or two, perfect healthy sperm, and a perfect healthy baby or two!!!

So, we'll see how it all falls into place. SIRM RE's seemed pretty positive about it. MY RE ended up much better in the end, so I am trying to be hopeful and yet realistic about how this will turn out.

He said he is slightly worried that these follies may be overmature, but heck, growing 3mm a day for the past 3 days with LITTLE (75iu) stimulation makes me hopeful that they are more like a clomid/natural cycle where they need to be bigger to be healthy and ready!

So, there you have it...

Fingers crossed for you also! I don't know about the size for overripeness, but when I did my IUI's (just ovulated naturally, no trigger) my follicles were 26+ mm.

I was just taking the 2.5mg of femara during CD3-7. And since I ovulated regularly, my doctor didn't see any need for the trigger shot, that is why we skipped it each time.
