I had an old bookcase in the "2nd Bedroom", now Brewer's room , and I didn't want to just throw it out as it is very well made and a nice size too. It was a horrid yellowish puss color, so I decided to paint it white, and since we're doing a Very Hungry Caterpillar themed nursery, I wanted to spice it up a bit I'm not uber creative, but this is what I came up with



The book is on the top of the shelf so you can see where I got my inspiration for the dots

Oh, that is a DARLING bookshelf!!! Did you paint those little dots yourself? How in the heck did you do that? I'm so NOT crafty or creative, so this, to me, is EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!!!!!!

I found these things called "Do a Dot" markers.....they are paint markers with sponge tip applicators, so it was SUPER SIMPLE to do this..... Even DH was impressed, and he's very artsy, so he's always critical...
