The nurse woke me up this morning with the news. I wasn't expecting a call that early or one on my home phone. They normally call on the cell.

So here it is

4 were immature
1 had a broken zona
2 degenerated

and 8 fertilized!!!!!!

I know that isn't as good as some do with this but I am really excited about it. The transfer is scheduled for tomorrow at 10am. We have to be there at 9:30am.

We will most likely be transferring two embryos tomorrow. Sorry I didn't post much yesterday. The meds from the retrieval totally zonked me out. I slept almost the whole day and then I slept all night too.

That is actually great!! From me they got 16 follies from 15 eggs, and 10 fertilized and 7 made it to freezing, 1 is my son :-) So 8 is EXCELLENT!

Holy buckets! That is so exciting!!!

I have never heard of a 2-day transfer... I'm curious to know why you/your RE chooses that? Better to have them in the womb than in a lab???

Great news, Patty! I'm also curious to know about the 2 day transfer, but no matter the reason or research, I'm praying you get your sticky bfp from this!!! 8 is a GREAT number. If it were me, I'd be walking on the clouds with that number
